You could make a "Magnus in The Bane Chronicles" folder. I mean, some chronicles aren't exacty part of one series or another. Just a suggestion ^^

Yes you can submit that. Just put it in the Misc. folder since it doesn't have Magnus directly in it, but revolves greatly around him, it is alright for you to submit to that folder.
Anything else regarding the Mortal Instruments/Infernal Devices that is not with Magnus in it, or about him can not be submitted to our galleries, but you are always welcome to put it into our favorites to display it there^^
